"SAFRA" means "Harvest". Safra olive oil was born from a partnership between some of the best olive oil producers in Portugal. It is produced from traditional varieties, respecting rural traditions of the regions of origin, and only from selected lots. The olive oils from each of our producers have different and unique characteristics. Only lots from good "Safras" are selected, because we want to share the best of Portugal.
